I could have died. For 7 months my 2014 zero sr has been waiting on zero service. I was originally told a new battery was needed. Motorcycle would not accelerate past 50-55mph and range had fallen from 70-90 miles to less then 20 miles. Zero made excuses for months why they couldn't properly service. I spoke with an aaron several times, also zack. Zero then replaced the controller claiming it was defective and there were no problems with the battery. I finally received the sr back and in heavy traffic, the motorcycle dropped from a full charge to 18% in only 16 miles and then completely shut off without any warning while going about 40 mph. It would not go faster then 40mph. I managed to move between 2 cars to the shoulder, but i smashed my leg on the railing in the process. Sr turned back on a few seconds later and i made it a mile to the exit before it turned off again as i was crossing the road.
