Yamaha 450 rhino side by side utv, accident involving low speed on road with tip over. The drivers seat is not stable and came out of brackets. It is designed to be slid out for storage under seat. I believe that i would not have been injured had the seat not come out in a low speed tip over. Yahmaha should have designed seat to be stable and secured to the frame and body of vehicle.
