In june 2008, i was sold a 2007 yamaha morphous scooter from central florida power sports in kissimmee, fl.i was never notified that there were two recalls on this scooter until a month later when i brought the scooter in for service.i later found out from another yamaha certified dealership that one recall had been on the bike for about 8 months (the other was brand new).central florida power sports sold and allowed me to drive an unsafe scooter for a month and i would like to take action against them before someone gets hurt.
