The contact owns a 2018 yamaha xv1900. The contact stated that he was unable to start the motorcycle. The motorcycle was towed to ridenow powersports on craig (4120 e craig rd, north las vegas, nv 89030, (855) 975-5959) where it was diagnosed with needing the battery to be recharged. The battery was replaced however, the failure persisted. The motorcycle was taken back to ridenow powersports on craig and was the contact was informed that motorcycle needed to be plugged into a toner. The motorcycle was next towed to ridenow powersports on rancho (3800 n rancho dr #50, las vegas, nv 89130, (855) 975-5958) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the starter wiring needed to be replaced. The motorcycle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure.
