At 24,000 milesthe ck engine light came on and we had erratic power.had dealer do diagnostic showing erratic reading from cam position sensors. They did not stock these parts so we drove it home with no problem. The next time wetried to start i acted like it had no compression. Hauled to dealer and found that a timing gear had stripped. $8500 for a engine and was told since we had it fixed after the extended warranty was out uneven though it went down in warranty vw would not help us.

The way in which the hydraulic lines are routed between the chassis and the body of the motor-home i believe that developing a leak in the hydraulic line was escapable and that all minnie winnies of this model need to be looked at for replacement of hydraulic lines.dt

The steering wheel was loose, 1 1/2 inches of free movement on a 15 1/2 inch steering wheel.(itsaca motor home)mrscc

After repair, talked to ford motor company division and was informed there is no recall on this frame. There is a recall out to check grease in bearings and three more recalls. Ford states there are no recalls on this motorhome. There is a vibration in coach which was not there before. Ford did not pay for tow and replacement of r. Front bearing.
