The vehicle is a winnebago solis (class b rv) that's built on the dodge ram chassis. We are experiencing problems with the seat belts, as are several other owners i know who own the same model rv.winnebago has added two bench seats with 3-point seat belts. The seats are made by a company called freedman. In our case, when the vehicle is on a slope, the seat belts for the freedman bench seat become stuck and cannot be pulled out, so the passenger cannot buckle in. We had the entire seat belt with buckle/housing replaced by a body shop with winnebago's approval; however, the problem persists. The body shop had taken apart the old seat belt and noted that there is a leveling mechanism that's very sensitive. When it's not level, the seat belt locks up. This causes problems when the van is parked on a slope -- the mechanism locks up, so the passenger sitting in the back seats (in our case my child) cannot pull the seat belts out to buckle himself.see a video of the problem here: https://youtu.be/ro6bnje-lkk
