On june 28, 2007 i purchased a 1999 dodge intrepid from arnaldo garcia he told me the engine had been rebuilt and he said the car was in good working condition.in july 2007 i began to have problems only 14 days after purchasing the vehicle for $2900 in cash (as he requested) i have a receipt with his name and signature stating that i paid him cash.as of august 12, 2007 the car no longer works.i have contacted him on august 16, 2007 and he refused to give me my money back or fix the car.
