2006 volvo tractor with unsafe top step connected to the battery case. Customer states he was injured due to this poor building of the steps. He would like to know why the step is only connected to the battery case.the consumer stated the only thing that held the steps together were two large pieces of rubber.the consumer stated the steps need to be secured properly.
