Right front hub assembly fell off.volvo replaced whole front axle claiming possible bearing failure.
Consumer stated that approximately 40,000 miles the right front springs had to be replaced, and at 110,000 miles the steering tires were replaced. The replacement tires dipped out, wore the inside and out side edges off. The second set was installed and did not last. Also the front end was aligned twice but the problem still exists.

The u-bolts are breaking between the suspension and the frame, the dealer supplied new u-bolts.
