Recall 01v093000. The consumer requested a change in the recall scope for his vehicle. The consumer wanted to seek penalties against volvo if they knowinglydid not identify the safety defect and order volvo to address the gross axle weight rating state jurisdiction restrictions on vehicles involved in recalls.
Consumer stated truck did not have a legal weight when it was weighed out with a full tank of fuel..thefuel lines broke from rubbing against the engine.
