Ofter he runs over 12,350 on the front steer and up to 12,900 plus on the front steer, he can get under 12000 for wgt restrictive states. Gone throught 5 sets of steer tires and has done 4 front axle alignments on veh, current mileage is 265,213.

Fawr is 13,200 and steer tires are michlin 11r22.5 with max single load of 6175, or 12,350. Front axle normally weighes11,900, but if the consumer pulls the trailer at gross the tires could ne easily overloaded, the dual tanks are located completely aft.

The location of the fuel tanks causes the front axle to become overweight when fuel is added to both tanks, volvo agreed to make changes by stretching the chassis and moving the tanks farther back, however the changes would void the warranty.

The u bolts on the drive axles are undersized and fail prematurely. The front axle of the vehicle is heavy causing premature tire wear. The manufacturer has now made kits for u bolts replacement available to correct the defect, consumer was also informed that the tires had never been balanced which was also causing premature tire wear.
