Dt*: the contact stated a nhtsa recall letter # 05v364000 was received from viking recreational vehicles for equipment: recreational vehicle: the trailer was taken to the sales/service dealer for the recall repair.the repair failed to correct the problem, and the vehicle was returned to the service dealer.the problem still failed to work properly.the service dealer sent 2 technicians to close the trailer; then the trailer was returned to the service dealer for further repairs.the manufacturer was notified.the top failed to raise and lower, the top was stuck in the raised poistion.
