The contact owns a 2015 victory magnum motorcycle. The contact stated that while riding at various speeds, the transmission would suddenly slip out of gear and into the neutral position. During the failure, the motorcycle would not properly accelerate. The contact indicated that the failure occurred while riding down a hill when the speed erroneously increased. The motorcycle was taken to the local dealer rollin fast cycle sports located at 1221 rt 22 east, unit 1, lebanon, nj 08833 who diagnosed that the transmission was faulty and needed to be replaced. The motorcycle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 15,000. The vin was not available.
