2005 ural retro motorcycles were recalled due to a design defect that caused the rear hydraulic brakes to over heat and lock up the wheel. The original owner had recall work completed by dealer but it did not solve the recall issue. I am the second owner of the bike and tried to get ural usa to complete the recall work they refused.
