The contact owns a 2009 (na) toyota scion. While driving 55 mph over a pothole, the air bags deployed without warning. The dashboard was damaged from the air bag deployment. The contact took the vehicle to a dealer and was informed that the dealer did not service toyota vehicles. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue.
