While drivingat an undetermined speed consumer lost control of vehicle, causing the driver to crash into an embankment head on. Both frontal air bags did not deploy.
Consumer's son was in an accident with the toyota pickup. He was driving about 50mph andhit the other car . The air bags did not deploy, and the son was injured.
Dome lights failed.
