Toyota highlander. Consumer writes in regards to concerns with brakes on vehicle. *ldthe consumer stated the rear calipers were frozen open causing little to no rear breaking action. The breaking action was transferred to the front breaks causing excessive wear on the pads and rotors.the consumer was concerned that the failure could recur.
