In april of 2001 i purchased a toyota solara. When purchased this vehicle had a warranty, which covered up to 36,000 miles. Shortly after the car was purchased, i began to experience mechanical difficulties. First, the airbag light on the car began to blink. Second, the air-conditioning light began to flash and interrupted the function of the air conditioning. Immediately, i took the car to the toyota dealer. Each time, the toyota mechanics claimed to have corrected the problem and each time the problem returned within 24 hours. The car was taken fifteen separate occasions. The warranty on the car has since expired and the problems were never corrected.

Driving on this overcast day, i was stopped for about 30 seconds behind a toyota camry with its right turn indicator on.thereafter, for about a minute, i could see the red led pattern of the indicator light within the field of view of my right eye.it was very large and strong at first, and quite distracting/disturbing.it definitely affected my ability to see.
The toyota camry in front of me had his right turn signal on, but because his brake lights were also on, the turn signal was not very visible. There should be some standards for this. Without a doubt, the toyota camry rear turn signals would not meet the standards for visibility.

Toyota camry.consumer writes in regards to vehicle heated seats recall notice.the consumer was concerned about the heated seats issue with the toyota camry's. The dealer assured the consumer, her vehicle was not affected. The consumer was informed, no recall was being issued for the vehicles already sold. It turned out, the consumers vehicle was affected, and the dealer informed her, a kit would be installed in the vehicle, once it became available.

Tires originally installed on vehicle were inadequate with lower heat and speed rating that what was recommended by all other tire guides and manufactures, resulting in premature wear.

Toyota camry with unintended acceleration. Consumer rented a camry that had problems with unintended acceleration. Also warning lights came on and speedometer was reading wrong speeds.the speedometer indicated that the consumer was traveling between 40 to 60 mph when in fact he was traveling at a constant speed at about 50 mph. Later that day, the speedometer cycled between 30 to 70 mph while again going at a constant speed that he estimated at 45 mph. Suddenly, the engine and the vehicle started to cycle somewhat even though the gas pedal position hadn't changed.
Toyota camry with sudden acceleration issues.the consumer stated the accelerator pedal became stuck on 2 occasions. The dealer kept the vehicle for a day and stated there was nothing wrong and it was impossible for the pedal to get stuck because there was no cable to attach to it which would be the only possible cause.
