Door lock/latches failed after front doors were locked.
Seat belt failed to restrain consumer during accident resulting in consumer's head hitting top of vehicle, seat broke and collapsed during accident also, injury to consumer due to failures. Mjs

Brakes were not operable. Rotors/brake pads and calipers were replaced more then ounce. Dealership was aware ofproblem.

I had a run away toyota camry in 1984. Of course in those days the cause was considered to be operator error. It's good to see that toyota is finally on the hot seat. Their acceleration problems have been going on for years.
