I was in an accident yesterday morning.i was traveling about 20-25 mph and hit a parked car on the passenger front.the front bumper and fender on passenger side were severely damaged and the car was undriveable.what is concerning is that the airbags did not deploy nor did the setbelt lock.i sustained injuries to my left knee hitting theconsole, my left side of face including jaw hit the top of steering wheel and my forehead hit the windshield and broke it.i am concerned that the car has a safety issues.
During the accident with spped around 35mph the air bag wasn't deployed eventhough the front and passenger glasses were all broken and the hook was completely done
4 way emergency flashers turn on and off intermittently at random while driving.happened first day we owned car before we got home from dealer, then again 17000 miles later.flasher button does not affect the flashing when this happens.flashing stops when engine restarted, then starts up again randomly afterward.happens while driving on highway.first time cloudy weather, second time cloudy and wet weather.first time dealer 'lubed' the flasher switch.second time they were unable to find a fault or reason for the incident.
I have a 2019 toyota camry hybrid , i have always taken very good care of it maintenance wise etc. ,my wife &i weredriving a few days ago and heard a ticking noise that sounded odd so we immediately stopped at a pep boys as it sounded oddly- i he gentlemen there checked the oil mind you we always only ever take the car to toyota dealerships but had never heard this ticking noise and wanted to check right away. The gentleman told us that we needed oil and proceeded to add 2qts if oil , he checked again and added 2more quarts , we also have never had to add oil nor have we burned oil in his car ever in between oil changes - this was very odd as we have never enemies had a drop of oil in our driveway ever. So after the oil was added we started the car and the ticking noise had subsided, we headed towards our home and a severe loud clanking noise way worse than before started and a light came on telling us to immediately pull over and to place the car in park- we towed to toyota immediately and were told that we needed a new engine- later i read about a defect that we were never told about, not in a recall nor otherwise, our person at toyota dealership said nothing either about their ever being a problem with this car nor a recall if any sort and i certainly never received anything in the mail either - not only is this a safety issue but is pure fraud and negligence in toyota's part to ignore and say nothing at all - i am not under warranty but not his defect was never brought to our attention- what can i do ? possibly due in a small claims court ? please help- i have entered my vin# in a couple different sites and then here is no recall or anything whatsoever closely related to this under this vin #this actually happened on 6-16-2019 but this system would not allow me to enter the correct date for some reason!

I was parking my car in my garage and moved from the brake to the gas to move up a small amount. I barely touched the gas and the car surged forward hitting a shelving unit in my garage. It was a very scary event. The car and shelving unit were damaged. Thankfully, no individuals were injured.
The reported gas tank size of my 2019 rav4 limited purchased in august 2019, is rated for 14.5 gallons. On each occasion of low fuel, warning or less than 50 miles before empty notice, each fill up has resulted in ten gallons or less. 13 sep - 528.6 miles fill up was 9.485 range 534.25 sep - 418.7 miles fill up was 10.185 gals range 579. 7 oct - 460.8 miles fill up was 10.343 gals range 585. 18 oct - 430 miles fill up was 10.058 gals range 577. 28 oct - 423.5 miles fill up was 9.619 gals range 560. 7 nov - 420.5 miles fill up was 10.071 gals range 545.16 nov - 309.3 miles fill up was 7.808 gallons range 539.where or what has happen to the 4.5 gallons of tank fuel that we seem to not being able to access?

My camry has 6k miles on it.on friday, 6 dec 2019 at 1600, i picked up my camry from yuba city toyota after having its first vehicle service. While driving on hwy 20 towards grass valley, ca less than 20 min after picking it up, i heard an extremely loud explosion over my head.it truly sounded like a gun went off in my car.i ducked, looked around and realized it was probably the sunroof because i could hear air blowing. I was on a four lane section of hwy with absolutely no cars in front of me and a car a few hundred yards behind me.there were no trees overhead and it was a clear evening outside with no rain. It was approximately 55 degrees outside also.this was not caused by any objects.fortunately, i had the inside panel closed and did not have any glass fly into my face.this is extremely dangerous.i filed a claim with toyota and they are working the issue now, but it sounds as if they will not accept responsibility due to it creating a future problem with claims.i was driving 60mph also.

The windshield is severely distorted.during the daytime, while moving,or seeing moving objects, it is unusually hard to judge speed and distancedue to the distortions.at nighttime,the distortions bend, twist lights andheadlights making driving very dangerous.multiple visits to the dealerand a visit from a toyota factory representative to inspect the windshieldhave been met with refusal to make repairs.the factory representativedoes acknowledge windshield defects but says "they are comparable tolike vehicles."he refused to examine other new "like" models with mebecause his assertion is erroneous.
