While bearing toleft at 45-50 mphframe hitground withdriver and passenger, inside. Passenger fell out. Then,front end dropped off, and flippeddriver off motorcycle.dealer / manufacturer were not notified at this time.
Front end that was engineered & manufactured was flawed in design incorrectly.torque will wobble/shake due to being wrong part or design when going around curbs or corners, this causes the motorcycle to buckle & then slide from underneath driver.resulted insevere injuries anddamage to motorcycle.
