I have no rear tail lights and the left rear turn signal does not work.when i enter my vin to check for recalls, it says invalid parameter.i took it to freight liner of kc on april 18th, 2019, they kept it for 8 days, said it was not their problem, it was thor's problem, and required that i pay them a $524 diagnostic fee before i could get the vehicle back.
