We purchased a temp air thermal system 5/4/2017 vin#[xxx]. The trailer portion is built by redneck trailers with dexter axles 121154571 model#11. On 12/6/19 passenger wheel and hub came off. This unit has tandem axles rated at 4000lbs each with gvwr of 8000lbs. On 4/26/18 drivers side wheel and hub came off while driving. We notified temp air inc. And they sent us a new dexter axle on 5/4/2018.information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).
