Hello. I took my bike (vin: [xxx]) into my dealer (rick roush motorsports) back in march and they contacted suzuki to get the parts needed to perform the recall repair. They ordered the parts back on april 1st and suzuki notified them a week later that the parts are on back order.my dealer continues to check with them every week and there is still no update on parts availability.they have had my bike for almost a month and are unable to perform the repair until suzuki delivers the parts.i feel this is an exorbitant amount of time to wait for a safety recall to be performed and i would like some help in getting suzuki to take action.i do not feel safe picking up my bike without the repair being performed as the bike could stall on me and cause me to crash.please let me know what can be done to expedite the repair of my bike.thank you very much for your time and assistance!sincerely, [xxx]information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).
