After driving this vehicle for approx. One month we returned to the saleman and told him the steering didn't seem right.he drove the vehicle and said it was fine.we thought because we had never owned a 4-wheel drive vehicle that we just needed to get used to it.after this the steering constantly got worse andin june after several communications we took the car in for them to again check.they said that it was unsafe and we must leave it because the wheel might fall off.when we picked the vehicle up the steering still did not seem right.only now you could tell it was the front left that was abnormal.we expressed this to them but they said it was fine.it never did seem to drive correctly, but like many things you get used to the imperfections and go on with your life.while driving home from work the front left hub assembly with wheel fell off the axile.suzuki says this is not a covered repair because we have more then 36000 miles on the car.we feel this is truly a safety hazard and should be covered and noted since it could cause casulties if you were traveling at higher speeds.thank you for your help.

The s frame of my 2000 suzuki grand vitara jls started vibrating and i took it to mike albert leasing and when they put it up on the lift the s frame on the drivers side was completely rusted out and the wheel was detached from the frame.they called suzuki and they said that the corrosion warranty had expired the end of february 2010 so they would not cover it.i am more concerned about other vehicles possibly having this problem and other people not being aware.the mechanics said that this part could not have been treated with any anti-corrosion when the part was first put on the vehicle.if i had driven this on the highway i could have possibly been killed or killed someone else. I think this is a possible accident waiting to happen.the passenger side of this part was and is completely intact.i have the part and it is unbelievable that it rusted all the way through.

Recently i had new tires placed on my vehicle and i was told that the center of alignment was off.that explained why the jeep drove terribly.i thought it was because new tires were needed.now with the new tires the jeep drives just as bad.it is all over the world with very minor bumps. Also, the braking system is off.upon applying the brake the rear end jerks forward as though the brakes missed each other or have been striped.i had the brakes (rear pads) replaced shortly after purchasing the vehicle with the dealership.i hope to hear from you soon because i am quite nervous about driving the vehicle lately.

All 4 tires are cupped, tires have been rotated several times prior to my purchase as per bridgestone dealer, susuki dealer says this is normal for the vehicle and they (bridgestone and susuki know of it). Several neighbors have the same vehicle, different year ,1999 and 2001 and donot have this problem. (tiresize: 235/60r16)

The vehicle was purchased from farrish automotive. However, customer service in service dept. Was so poor that i started taking it to woodbridge-suzuki. Not long after purchasing vehicle, i noticed that tires did not have much tread.i've had all required services since owning vehicle: tires rotated, oil change, recommended maintenance at dealer.during earlier visits, i expressed concerns to dealer because the tires didn'thave much tread, and they said the tires were fine. The dealer which i purchased vehicle from said the vehicle was a demo, it had 7,000 mi. On it when i purchased. I've only put 16,000 miles on it. The dealer said the tires are not covered under warranty. However, service manager at dealership said he would take it to tire company to see if they would prorate.he took vehicle to ntb, i don't understand why he didn't take it to firestone. He claims firestone has nothing to do with bridgestone. I'm basically getting the run around. I need directionon what steps to take next. I thought that ntsa would be a good starting point. It's not right that i have to pay out of my pocket for a problem that's not my fault.thanks for your time in advance.
