The contact owns a 2013 sunnybrook raven. The contact stated that he was locked out of the vehicle as a result a locksmith was required in order to enter the vehicle. The contact stated that nhtsa campaign number: 13e039000 (equipment:latches/ locks/ linkages) exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was contacted on numerous occasions and stated that the part would be sent but the contact did not receive the recall part. The manufacturer was notified of the delay. The failure mileage was not available.
