We discovered that the entire frame of this trailer was disintegrating due to rust. After a search on line we realized that this is a common problem with these trailers. We contacted sundowner and got a run around. We filed a complaint with the attorney general's office in oklahoma, just for the record. I am sure there are people cruising around in ignorant bliss with this problem, but eventually there will be a disaster. Anyway, we wound up spending $5400.00 at orchard trailers in whatley, ma. To get the entire frame and floor replaced. This was a well maintained trailer and was seldom used in the winter.
