The contact owns a 2009 starcraft star stream rv. While drivingat approximately 15 mph, the contact observed a loud noise from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle then began to drag from the rear. The vehicle was towed to an independent repair facility where the contact was informed that a spring within the rear axle was fractured. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileages were 4,000.
The contact owns a 1998 sundowner value-lite horse trailer.the horse trailer was taken to an authorized dealer for routine maintenance. The technician discovered the structural frame exhibited severe rust corrosion.there was an estimated cost of $8,000 for the replacement of the frame.
