The contact owns a 2011 starcraft autumn ridge ar-one. The contact stated that while the vehicle was being towed, water was leaking from the air conditioning unit. The contact also stated that according to the installation manual, the air conditioning unit was not to be installed through the window. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and the dealer stated that the air conditioning unit needed to be installed on a slant. The manufacturer was notified, but the vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileages were 400.
