Slide out room slides out while the vehicle is traveling down the highway. (attorney for consumer).
Noted in a forest river recall: the adhesive bond between the glass and the metal hinge frame of the frameless crank out vent and egress windows may fail which would then allow the glass to detach and fall out.*dt*dt*dt*dt we have had this issue repeatedly. We have already had 5 window vents replaced for this problem and now have another that needs to be replaced. We are waiting for the part. When the window separates, we need to tape it so it won't fall out while driving.the consumer stated she has had 2 additional window failures.consumer stated damaged window is next to the driver seat.
Recall work on the cruise acticuator can not be performed due to lack of parts.
Our 45' coach had a blow out on the right front passenger side while doing 55 mph on a 2 lane highway.the tires were inflated at 120 psi cold.the coach has goodyear 315/80 r22,5 on the front.the tire blew a hole out the inside sidewall of the tire.it was later determined the tire was defective. *dtupdated 11/30/18 *dt
