Recall 93v132000.car was parked and engine was turned off for approximately 10 minutes. Came to the car and saw blue/blacksmoke coming from under the hood/engine, sparks and fire from the carriage of the car. Waiting for fire department to come. Car turned on by itself, and went forward in first gear and hit a building. Fire deparment put fire out. Tow company has car waiting for report. Vehicle not included in recall .
