Saa direct reply - letter addressed to president trump requesting assistance with a defective saturn ion *mathe consumer stated the cause of the vehicle's failure that caused the death of the driver was due to the ignition switch. The consumer believed the ignition was the cause of an accident involving a school bus which resulted in the driver's death. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.

After consumer performed radiator flush, add radiator fluid light came on. Apparently the flush attacked the seals, causing them to leak which caused damage to radiator and heater.

Consumer is dissatisfied with the design of the daytimerunning lights. The saturn model in particular causes distraction while driving. The lights are located close together in the middle of the grill, causing driver blindness when vehicle is in the rear.

Consumer has 3 saturn vehicles, firestone tires are equipped on the vehicles and have experienced tread separation, consumer is replacing the tires.
Front tire separated from tread. This damagedfender/ door and bumper. Also,it pulled the wiring harness out of vehicle. Contacted firestone, and firestone stated no recall on tire. Tire size p19560r15, dot#wtv9fxt0881. Consumer stated while driving, the left front tire separated from the rim.
