The contact owns a 2007 ruff n tuff cruiser. The contact stated that the seat belts will not latch into the buckle assembly.the vehicle was taken to the dealer, and a technician concluded that he would have to pay $180.00 to replace the seat belts, because they were installed incorrectly. No repairs were made. The manufacturer was notified, but because the warranty had expired, no assistance was provided. The failure and current mileages were not applicable.
