A few weeks after purchasing the vehicle, the contact noticed that the floor of the rv had rotted out and an occupant could fall through the floor. The manufacturer stated that the contact needed to be careful when making repairs. The contact was referred to pontiac rv (15481 e 2000 n rd, pontiac, il 61764, (800) 729-5419) or an independent mechanic two hours away. The contact called the dealer and independent mechanic, but they declined to repair the vehicle due to the amount of disassembly and reassembly needed to complete the repairs. The vehicle was not repaired. There was no mileage.
