Going 70mph down the highway a outer tire separated. When this happend the steel belt from the tire ripped through the mud flap and proceeded to hit the propane fill valve and hoses. It finally tore loose the fill valve assembly and flung it onto the axle where it was resting when vehicle got stopped. This could have been a major accident with a motorhome catching on fire and possiblity of explosion. I have contacted the manufacture and waiting for a call back to see if this has been redesigned. In the meantime i'm having a steel plate manufactured to go behind mud flap to protect the fuel lines.
