Experiences dangerous stalling and loss of electrical power to engine during driving.this can cause a serious accident.this is specifically a symptom of one of the many recalls supposedly performed on this vehicle already. I believe the recall repair previously was not completed properly because i have experienced this 10 times in the past two weeks.
We own a 2015 ram promasters. While driving on the freeway at various speeds. Tech experienced a sudden loss of power. On the dash appeared a yellow check engine light and a red symbol ( ! ). A message read "service required - transmission service". As the tech attempted to exit the freeway, afraid that the van might stall with incoming traffic. He made a safe exit off the freeway. Pulled over, turned off ignition and was able to restart the car in hopes that the trouble would clear.the red symbol ( ! ) disappeared and power was restored. Was able to drive back to company.
Radiator fan68360299aa fail and the warranty doesn't cover my vehicle has only 42 k miles and i see a lot of complains on the internetmy vehicularlewas running when this happen
Van loses electrical power when driven and stalls. This is while driving on a city street go straight on the road. This is a off and on issue with this vehicle. It has been to the maintenance shop who could find anything nor codes. Suggested we take it to a dealer, they tell us the same thing. No codes and it drove fine with no issues. Well, i have had two different employees driving it and it has done the same thing a total of four times. It is a power issue as the clock/radio resets each time it happens! dealership has only drove it for 10 minutes. It has stalled after we've used it 4-5 hours in the day.
We own a 2015 ram promaster. While driving various speeds. In the middle of the street the engine stalled without warning. Was able to pull over and park the car. Tried to restart the car but it didn't turn on. Returned after 4 hours and the car was able to start. Engine light did not turn on. Roughly 15,000 miles on vehicle.
I purchased vehicle used on 2/14/2018.carfax stated no outstanding recalls. After about one year, very occasionally, when shifting from park to drive, the gear would not engage until the process was repeated. Just recently, while highway driving, both "service engine" and "transmission" warning lights appeared on the dash. This was followed by a near total loss of power and an occasional stall. This obviously created a dangerous safety hazard for me and the other drivers in my area.i took the vehicle to the local ram dealership (peacock - bluffton, sc) and (after 5 days) was told i needed a new "transaxle range sensor wiring harness" ($700. +/-) and a powertrain software update (warranty).some research revealed a recall by fiat-chrysler (8/2016) for the wiring harness - s55 / nhtsa 16v-529.according to the dealer, fiat-chrysler will only honor this recall for a period of 2 years from date of issue.further research revealed that nhtsa requires recalls be honored for a "reasonable" amount of time, suggesting that 10 years is "reasonable".this is day #8 as the vehicle remains in a bay at the dealership.i am looking from some guidance on how to proceed.
Engine wont crank over when turning ignition switch. Parts are on back order. Have been waiting for 3 weeks and still no parts. Was informed there are over 300 on back order.
The contact owns a 2015 ram promaster city. While driving 5 mph, the vehicle leaked power steering fluid onto the ground. In addition, the transmission indicator illuminated without warning. It was diagnosed that battery acid was leaking onto the transmission cover, which caused all the transmission fluid to leak out of the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 3,000.

After first purchasing we noticed it tends to surge forward or stall out from time to time, and on a few occasions when putting it into drive, it sounds like a sledge hammer hit the engine.i have been to and called the local dealer in dunn nc and told them the issues and asked if the several recall notices i have gotten cover the issues we've have been experiencing.i was told we don't have the parts you need, don't worry you will get a letter to bring it in when parts are available. We got the first notice several months ago, and have 4 notices now. On one occasion i almost hit a building when the engine lagged and then surged unexpectedly.seems no one wants to address issue or they have just been putting this off trying to wait til warranty is over.

Speedometer, tachometernot visible when driving during daylight hours. Have adjusted to maximum brightness and still cannot visualize while driving. Multiple other complains of same problem on dodge forum. Company making no attempt to correct dealership unsympathetic. Poor engineering, in my opinion and very dangerous

Driving down the road at 30mph the check engine light came on again 1 week after dealer fixed the transmission valve body and sensor. This is an on going issue since june of this year. Car has been repaired 4 times and still having issues. When the light comes on the car loses power. When gas pedal is pressed there is no response. The rpm matches the speed
Had vehicle serviced for a cooling fan relay after vehicle displayed a p0481 trouble code. Dealer serviced and replaced fan relay. Vehicle overheated approximately 100 miles later due to a defective cooling fan. The fan melted and smoked and caused the vehicle's temperature to rise rapidly. Dealer informed me that the part was on national backorder and that 3,000 vehicles are currently waiting to be serviced with this particular part due to it's high rate of failure. Estimated repair time of 2 months. Still waiting for part to get delivered. The presence of smoke under the hood and unusually high demand for repair indicates to me that clearly this should be a recall.
A cover on the transaxle, at the front of the engine, was discovered, by a dealership while performing a recall repair of the cooling fan, to have a hole in it and was leaking fluid. It was discovered in the dealership's shop. Now being repaired by a local repair shop.
Four times in one day the vehicle transmission and engine warning lights and alarms were activated.immediately, the vehicle loss power.in one instance, this happened while i was encountering vehicles entering and exiting a highway ramp.the immediate slowing almost caused a collision as vehicles accelerating off the entry ramp and merging into my lane suddenly had to slow or take action to avoid rear ending me. This occurred two more times before i could get the vehicle to the service department.a similar incident happened when i first purchased the vehicle and was advised it was a programming issue. I had received a recall notice, but it advised the parts were not available.it advised i would be notified when the parts are available. The recall did not advise i should not drive the vehicle. I did deliver the vehicle to the servicing dealership advising i would not drive the vehicle until it has been repaired. I was advised by the service department that the part had been ordered.they advised they thought the part was available but could not confirm it.i have been without the vehicle for over two days and have not received any information as to when the vehicle will be repaired. With the loss of power, the vehicle seemed to go into neutral two times. The other two times it seemed to lock into high gear and once you had to slow or stop it could not accelerate. I managed to get off highway twice and restart the vehicle but the other two times i had to restart the vehicle in traffic. It would work properly for a few minutes after restarting but the engine light would stay on.

Car was hesitating when starting from a stop. Once in a while the car would jerk back or forward. While driving the check engine light came on and i lost power. The car would only go about 5 mph. Brought back to dealer where he checked the light code and came back as transmission sensor issue. Dealer reset the code and i was ok for a week. Code came back on while driving. Brought back to dealer and they said they would update the software. After about a week the code came back again. This time they gave it to another dealer to look at and they found that it was a bad valve body in the transmission. I have been without the car for a month now as they wait for the back ordered part. All times the light came on i was on a street or route doing under 50 while driving forward

Creaky suspension. Dealer diagnosis: caused by faulty sway bar end links.
On 4 january 2016 i bought from the dealer towbin dodge henderson nevada car brand promaster city 2015, for the first year the car was efficient, after almost a year the car started to have vibration, i reported to the dealer, the first time the engine was replaced, the second time the batteries, in total, the car was at the dealer seven times in two years, i contacted customer care, they were supposed to deal with this matter, but almost every day i was told that someone will call me the next day but of course, no one called, now i found out my case the second department, legal department did, but no one called me, just does not count with the client, i feel discriminated, january 2, 2019, the warranty is gone, the car is not working, now to remove the problem i will have to pay for it, i do not understand how it can be the dealer or the manufacturer, who does not like this car anymore because he / she should already have more problems, not to mention servi cu dealer is a total mistake, they can not do basic servicum on what i have documents so i can find the problem, i do not know who to turn to, even lemon law dealt with this matter as if it was not important, to lie down $ 4000 and sign an agrement in which i say i will not have any deviations to the manufacturer, generally speaking i sold a car that can not fix and wash the hands
