I was sent a letter about a recall on the dead bolt lock on my traveltrailer sometime in late 2013.recall # 13e039.i followed instructions in the letter. Submitting the necessary info as to the need for recall to be performed in my unit.the letter stated that a large number of vehicles would be needing this part and to allow time for processing the claim and acquiring parts to send out.that was over a year ago and my lock is now so bad that i can no longer unlock my door to use my camper.i resubmitted the info two weeks ago and asked to be contacted right away.that also never happened.i' m not happy and am concerned for my family being trapped in camper in an emergency.
