Consumer rv tire blew out and collected water while driving in a rain storm. Consumer states that the tires were inflated too much so he reduced the pressure.the consumer noticed the right tire had been rubbing on the wheel well and that it had worn holes in the right wheel well.3 days later, the front left tire went flat due to the rubbing on the wheel well. The consumer believed there was a manufacturing defect. The consumer stated there should have been at least 2 inches between the wheel well and the tires, which could have been accomplished by using a longer axle. There appeared to be no more than an inch between the tire and the wheel well on the left side of the rv and even less on the right side. The consumer believed there was an attempt to correct the problem by using washers and a higher air pressure than recommended.
