The fuel gauge reads full all the time regardless of actual fuel in the tank. Tank can be empty and will read full. Dealer is unresponsive to correct this defect.
Fuel gauge reads full regardless of actual quantity in the tank. Fuel tank could be empty but gauge reads full. Dealers/mfg are unresponsive to fix this problem. Appears to be a much larger problem with this model year.
I have owned 3 polarisatv's on all 3 the rear brake master cylinder has failed leaving no rear brakes i have 2 friends that have had the same problem with there's all 3 times when i have gone to the dealer to get a new master cylinder the dealer tells me that they sell them every day that there is a problem with them.
2005 polaris 700efi sportsman2 quads they both have less than 100hrs of time in use.both quads have a cracked and broken frame.polaris says to bad its out of warranty.i work with structures at honeywell aerospace the cracks are caused by cold welds and poor quality controls.i have tried numerous ways to contact polaris but no one will listen to me.i just wonder how many others are out there with cracked frames?
