The contact owns a 2009 peterbilt conventional 335. While attempting to utilize the dash mounted regeneration switch, it failed. The contact stated that the vehicle would also exhibit diminished horsepower. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed, but the details of the diagnostic could not be provided. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 8,000.
This six vehicle fleet reports that one vehicle (of the six) exhibited pull to right.owner investigation found a fractured front brake(most likely the air chamber mounting bracket).opposite side front brake was found cracked. Updated 06/29/10 the right front air chamber broke off. Updated 07/06/10.
