Excessive engine oil consumption.
1986 oldsmobile power master ran continuously and leaked brake fluid.*mra private mechanic found a recall for the problem and repaired it at no cost to the consumer (1996).now the vehicle is exhibiting symptoms of the last problem.the consumer contacted the manufacturer and on three occasions they denied him repair under the recall. The electric power brake booster leaked brake fluid.
Brakes failed four times. *dsh
Intermittently when stepping on the brakes thewarning light comes on and goes off and the pedal is extremely hard and there is no braking capability. All (4) sets of brakes were replaced on 5/30/97. Problem still exisits.
When driving at any speed and applying the brakes the brakes went straight to the floorboard, and the consumer had to pump the brakes in order to stop the vehicle, had to keep on pumping before stopping vehicle.
Hydraulic brake system; brakes failed while driving.please describe.
While driving the brake warning chime sounds out and that driver only has seconds to stop vehicle. Ownernotes that dealer has replaced parts such as fuses and a actuator and the problem returns.
Since the vehicle was bought new the master cylinder has been broken. The power brakes will fail at highway speeds. Please describe.tt
