While the nhtsa internet questionnaire restricts the manner in which incidents can be reported, i have experienced many problems related to the anti-lock brake system on my '92 bravada.i have brought these to the attention of my dealer on several work orders, but have consistently been informed that my brakes function "normally."the problems i have experienced repeatedly include i) ability to fully lock the brakes on icy surfaces at various speeds and with studded snow tires mounted, and ii) experiencing a "hard" pedal and inadequate braking action in spite of literally standing on the brake on dry pavement.i consider these serious safety hazards, and emailed oldsmobile about them.the response was simply that my vehicle hasn't been included in a recall for anti-lock brakes, but when and if it is, i should get my vehicle to the dealer asap!
