I was driving to work on the morning of 11/17/2020, when i hit a deer with a front of my suv. The front end of my suv was severely damaged which caused the airbag to deploy, when the airbag deployed i thought it may have burnt me instead it was emblem retaining ring from the inside of the steering wheel that holds the plastic advertisement / emblem of the vehicle come out and cut / impaled me across the neck. Which led me to going to the er in the back of an ambulance. When i got to the er the doctor on call said if it would have been an inch over it would have cut the main culinary artery which i would have bled to death. At the er i received x-rays and stitches now i'm left with a scar.*dtthe consumer provided photos. *dt*dt*dt*dt consumer stated manufacture was contacted but case nor file number was not given. Leaving work, i tried to start my car and it tried to turn over but stopped. The dash lights went dim and the needle indicators quivered and the car quit trying to start. I cleaned the battery terminals and the car cranked continuously but wouldnt turn over. After getting it towed to a mechanic whose computer couldnt communicate with the vehicle computer, then a toyota dealership (no nissan dealer in my town) who had the same problem, my coworker brought me a copy of a recall by nissan for his 2006 pathfinder for a engine control module. I had it towed for a 3rd time (total of $415.00) to the nissan dealer in helena, mt 65 miles away, they diagnosed the problem as a bad e.c.m. Engine control module. The service technician said "i was lucky i wasn't on the highway"!!!! now im out of $1700.00 for a bad ecm that i was not neglegent in breaking, on a vehicle less than 5 years old. I feel since it was a faulty part, i shouldnt have to pay for it. Now im in more debt!!!

There was a sudden catastrophic failure in the cooling system that allowed fluids to mix with the transmission. The transmission had to be completely rebuilt along with components with the radiator/cooling system. We were at a stop waiting to turn left, when the signal turned green, the vehicle's engine revved as we tried to accelerate but the vehicle would not move. Called aaa as we needed to be towed to an auto shop. The auto shop explained that it was a catastrophic failure in the cooling system and transmission. Repair costs totaled $6000!!

Compressor for airshocks on rear leaks causing unsafe driving.

Both passenger and driver side exhaust manifold cracked at the same time

The contact owns a 2009 nissan armada. Upon starting the vehicle, a ticking sound was heard coming from the engine. The vehicle was taken to nissan of victoria (6003 n navarro st, victoria, tx 77904 (361) 578-5000) where it was diagnosed with a cracked manifold that needed replacement. The vehicle was not repaired due to an expired warranty. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vin was unknown. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.

My dad and i got into the truck and he almost slipped and fell on some type of liquid. We pulled off and realized something was wrong with the car it was going very slow and the engine sounded as though the engine was racing even though we were going less than 10 miles. We pulled over and contacted aaa who towed the truck and the tow guy said the antifreeze/coolant had leaked out when the transmission hose busted and leaked out all fluid. I'm trying to figure out why my 2009 nissan armada se transmission is acting up.

Itook my 2009 nissan armada se to esserman nissan in miami florida to the service center in reference to my fuel gauge was marking halfwhen i just filled my tank all the way. I have taken my car numerous times and was told that there was nothing wrong with it. After several times of taking my vehicle for the same thing they finally concluded that it was on a recall list. Now its been about 4 months and im told that they still don't have the part. Now i have a brand new car that i cant tell how much gas i have in it. This million dollar company (nissan) is quick to sell me a car but cant fix a small problem for me. Can you help!!?

Drivers seat won't move forward or back. All other seat functions work correctly.

While applying brakes coming to a stop sign there was a loud crunching noise. Trying to drive was hardly possible as the car would stop short and cause the noise anytime the brakes were even lightly applied. The red brake warning light came on. I pulled over and after turning the car off and back on the brake light was off and the car drove fine. This happened one more time in december. Searching the internet i found this to be a problem in previous years but not with a 2009. Most complaints pointed to a solenoid in the brake booster and a $800 repair. Repairs often don't last and another $800 is spent a year, or years later. This has been an ongoing problem that nissan will not address or compensate for. Had this happened to my wife or one of my children i could very well see where it may have caused an accident.

I was slowing down to take an exit and the brakes felt like they just didn't work which resulted in me missing the exit, striking a median with the front right tire, then causing the vehicle to roll over.very soon after my accident, i received a re-call from nissan on the brake pedal that would increase stopping distance and increase the risk of a crash.my insurance company has possession of the vehicle and i would like an inspection to be done, to rule out the possibility of a faulty brake pedal.

The contact owns a 2009 nissan armada. The contact stated that after entering the vehicle the interior roof panel was discovered hanging from the roof of the vehicle. The contact indicated that while driving the panel had to be held to avoid it from falling down onto the driver. In a separate incident, while driving approximately 5 mph the interior roof panel detached from the roof and fell inside the vehicle making contact with a passenger seated in the second row middle seat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed that the panel would need to be replaced. The manufacturer was not notified. The vin was not available. The failure mileage was 77,100.

My finisher console/rear overhead console crashed down from the ceiling while driving. I am relieved that no one was sitting in the back seat at the time or i'm sure it would have injured the passenger. It was apparent that this part was poorly designed since it broke at all 4 hooks. It is very frustrating that the replacement part cost $1,028.04 (with tax) and an additional $165.00 in labor. Nissan should be recalling the armada for this defect since it poses a safety risk.

The plastic mould panel holding the ac outlets, lights and temperature control and radio volume on the 2nd row and 3rd row seats fell off. Luckily no one was sitting behind otherwise they will get hurt and probably will cause injury. This incident happened after passing the speed reducing hump in the neighborhood . I would like to point out that this is a safety hazard that can happen anytime without warning and since this part requires no maintenance you can never tell when they will fall/dislodge from their location.

Opened the car and found my rear overhead console hanging by the electrical wires in the back seat. Pleasenote that the vehicle was stationary for 3 days. 2 months later, while driving, the front overhead console fell off and dangled infront of the windshield.
