On may 3, 2021 while driving i-71 s in ohio during a heavy rain storm, i experienced a catastrophic failure of the windshield wiper system. I was travelling approx. 55 mph.either the wiper arm (where it's attached to the motor) failed and caused the bracket holding the motor to fail, or the bracket failed and caused the wiper arms to fail.both wipers, driver's and passenger side fell down away from the windshield.i was not able to see out of the windshield and had to pull off the highway.
