Four times in the past three years, vehicle has stopped during operation.had it towed to shop, was told internal fuel line had popped off.this last time, was sold a new hose and new clamps that were supposed to solve the problem.it happened again on july 10, leaving my wife and i stranded in a very dangerous situation.we do not feel safe riding this vehicle again.
Engine stopped. Would not restart. Had towed to shop.called a few dealerships and was told that fuel line had probably fallen off internal pump in fuel tank. They felt that the wrong hose and clamps were being used at the factory and sold me high quality clamps and submersible hose.my mechanic replaced (at my cost). Bike ran fine for 2000 miles and then happened again. Any calls to main office in new york are un responsive.
