3-7-16 contacted giant rv regarding lippert electrical step recall and gave them copies of all documents i had received from rev.i contacted them again on 3-28 by email & phone.i was told they are waiting for rv manufactures authorization to contact lippert.also they are unaware how to make any repairs.30 days have passed, i've sent three emails and made two follow up phone calls, still nothing.rev recall #151216rev
