When stopped and exiting coach, entry steps collapsed tossing me around.the steps would not retract afterwards and so i had to push the steps up and tie them up so we could complete the trip using a short ladder to get in and out of the coach.further research shows the bolt holding the fan gear sheared.it seems it should be part of the nhtsa recall 15v872 at http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/owners/searchresults?refurl=email&searchtype=id&targetcategory=r&searchcriteria.nhtsa_ids=15v872but, so far,1-12-16 :arg and monaco do not recognize it as a recall when i called.
