The contact owns a 1999 monaco coach dynasty. The contact stated that there were bolts on both sides of the chassis that were rubbing the inside of the tires and caused a blow out due to becoming overheated. The rv was taken in for routine maintenance and the mechanic discovered the bolt grooves in the tires. The mechanic modified the bolt heads that were too close to the tires and reinstalled new tires. The manufacturer was notified of the failure who advised that they would only informed the contact of how to make the repairs but that they would not make the repairs for the contact.there were no recalls and they offered no further assistance.
