Recall received for the wrong psi on the original tag for tire equipment/ vehicle suffered tire blowout.*mrthe consumer received recall 03v386000 which indicated that the wrong psi was put on the original id tag.the consumer contacted the local dealer but they refused to handle the recall because the vehicle wasn't purchased there.after receiving the recall notice the consumer's rvhad a sudden blowout on the right rear tire.the manufacturer was contacted and informed the consumer that having the tire pressure at the recommended pressure did not cause the blowout although that's not what the recall stated.

While driving 65 mph, the air dryer on the air brakes had blown apart which caused the brakes to lose power.the driver was able to avoid a collision and the motor home was towed to the residence.*scc

Consumer states that tire is having bad riveting problems, while driving tire experienced a blowout, almost causing consumer to lose control, the tire also blewout left front air bag and damaged the vehicle, goodyear g159, 225/70r22.5, dot mc55.

The contact owns a 1999 monaco coach diplomat rv.the contact stated that the rv has a fungus infection named coprinus basidiomycetes mold, which is detrimental to his health.the mold has infected the entire rv and has circulated in the air and the carpet.an expert inspected the vehicle and filed a report.the contact was unaware of the mold when he purchased the vehicle.he was ignored by the dealer and the manufacturer concerning this issue.he was advised to call the epa and the ftc in regards to this matter.the failure mileage was 40,437.
