It appeared that the top of the trailer body )where the piston wereattachedto the body, sustained a catastrophic failure. The aluminum top of the doghouse sheared completely away from the doghouse, causing the trailer body to crash down onto the frame rails of the trailer with the full weight of the load. The frame rails cracked 3/4 of the way through on the left rail and bent the right rail like apretzel,substantially destroying the trailer.
